1. What is Zorvex?
Zorvex is an online store for shoes. We sell shoes of all sizes, colors, and brands. We also sell accessories such as socks, shoe cleaner, and shoe laces. We are a small business located in New York City, New York. We have been in business for 5 years and have been selling shoes for 10 years. We are a family owned business and we are very passionate about shoes. We hope you enjoy our shoes as much as we do.
2. How do I place an order?
To place an order, you can go to our shop page and select the shoe you want to purchase. Then you can click on the shoe and it will take you to the product page. On the product page, you can select the size and color of the shoe and then click the add to cart button. After you click the add to cart button, you can click on the cart icon at the top right of the page. Then you can click on the checkout button and it will take you to the checkout page. On the checkout page, you can enter your shipping information and then click the place order button. After you click the place order button, you will be taken to the payment page. On the payment page, you can enter your credit card information and then click the pay now button. After you click the pay now button, your order will be placed and you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
3. How do I track my order?
To track your order, you can go to the track order page and enter your order number and email address. Then you can click the track order button and it will show you the status of your order.
4. How do I return an item?
To return an item, you can go to the return policy page and read the return policy. Then you can go to the return page and enter your order number and email address. Then you can click the return button and it will show you the status of your return.
5. How do I contact customer service?
To contact customer service, you can go to the contact page and fill out the contact form. Then you can click the submit button and it will send an email to customer service.
6. How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, you can go to the cancel order page and enter your order number and email address. Then you can click the cancel order button and it will cancel your order.

To change your shipping address, you can go to the change shipping address page and enter your order number and email address. Then you can click the change shipping address button and it will change your shipping address.
